2. About Chawla Classes

Chawla Classes is a coaching institute based in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, providing tuition and academic guidance for Classes 1st–12th, Commerce, B.Com, and BBA, since 2002.

3. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission is subject to seat availability, an enquiry/application review, and payment of applicable admission and course fees.
  • Information provided in the admission form must be accurate and complete. Chawla Classes reserves the right to verify details and refuse or cancel admission based on incorrect information.
  • Enrollment in a batch/course does not guarantee a specific teacher, timing, or classroom, which may be adjusted based on operational needs.

4. Fees & Refunds

  • Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly agreed to in writing by Chawla Classes management.
  • Late fee payment may result in restricted access to classes, tests, or the student portal until dues are cleared.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assigned homework, and maintain respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff, and fellow students, both in-person and while using the student portal (doubts, feedback, and reviews sections). Chawla Classes reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension, in cases of serious misconduct.

6. Use of the Website & Student Portal

  • Login credentials for the student portal are personal and must not be shared with others.
  • You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or disrupting normal operation of the site.
  • Test results, homework, attendance, and fee records shown in the student portal are for the enrolled student's and parent's reference; Chawla Classes is not liable for any decisions made solely based on this data without also consulting faculty directly.

7. Reviews & Feedback

Reviews and feedback submitted through our website should be honest and based on genuine experience. Chawla Classes reserves the right to moderate, edit for clarity, or decline to publish any review that is abusive, false, or violates these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and study material shared through the student portal — is the property of Chawla Classes and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep information on this website and student portal accurate and up to date, Chawla Classes does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and is not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the website or delays in communication.
